Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We (Bear Bums) reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and EMT (Electronic Money Transfer). There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please send your EMT to email@example.com and use the password "bearbums". Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Out of Stock Products:
We strive to keep our website as updated as possible, however, sometimes we make mistakes. If a product you order is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know when we expect it back in stock.
We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales taxes on all orders shipped to Canadian destinations, as per the federal and provincial taxation guidelines.
We will accept returns of brand new, unopened/unwashed regular priced products within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging and with all tags attached (is applicable). ALL returns/cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products. If items returned cause your total to drop below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that all items shipped back to us be shipped with tracking and insurance. Upon receipt and inspection of products for the above criteria, a refund will be issued in the same manner as purchased for the price paid, minus any shipping costs we incurred and the restocking fee.
Any "freebies" that came with an order that is being returned must also be returned, or the full cost of the "freebie" will be deducted from the credit issued.
Cloth diapers, diaper accessories (inserts, boosters, extenders, liners, etc), training underwear, Tree Hugger Cloth Pads, RubyWave Pads, creams, sunscreen, Green Beaver products, Munch Mitts/teething toys/necklaces, Re-Play and all items marked as clearance are a FINAL sale. Due to safety and liability, all baby carriers are final sale.
Returns can only be accepted from the original purchaser with a receipt.
Warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have any issues with a product purchased. If you are do not know who to contact, please reach out to us so we can help. If you have contacted a manufacturer and have not received a response, please let us know and we will do our best to contact them. Please note that for warranty repairs or replacements, the original sales receipt may be required. We keep all invoices on file and can provide this for you if you are unable to locate your copy. If you have a warranty issue with an AppleCheeks product, please contact us, we may be able to help directly!
Our goal is to be your preferred retailer and we strive to provide the absolute minimum retail prices mandated by our manufacturers.
If you find a lower advertised price on an identical, in-stock item at an established Canadian retailer, we will match the competitor's price*. The Price Match Guarantee applies to all new, factory-sealed products. Merchandise must be the same brand, year, style, fabric and colour. Items must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized retailer.
*If the lower advertised price is in conflict with the manufacturer’s mandated retail price, we cannot price-match. Closeout, clearance, discontinued, liquidation, reconditioned, refurbished, pre-owned and damaged items are excluded from this offer.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
