Canada Flat Rate Shipping - via Canada Post with tracking and $100 insurance

• Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba & Saskatchewan - $12, free on orders of $150+ 
• British Columbia, Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Prince Edward Island - $13, free on orders of $150+
• Newfoundland, Nunavut, Northwest Territories & the Yukon -$18, free on orders of $200+

We offer lettermail shipping for Canadian residents.  For $3.50, lettermail shipping for small items (single diaper, wet bag, etc). Bear Bums will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced packages. Lettermail can only be used for small items (1 diaper-excluding AIO, 1 or 2 minizips, amber jewelry, Colibri items, for example). Please note that if you choose lettermail, some packaging may need to be removed to accommodate this.

Please note that if you choose lettermail shipping for an item that cannot be shipped via lettermail, you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount for the order to be shipped Expedited.

We offer free, LOCAL pickup to anyone who can pick up their order in Chatham, ON. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail to arrange pickup. Please check your spam/junk mail, as sometimes our e-mails are there instead of where they are supposed to be! If you did not provide an e-mail address, we will contact you via text message with the phone number you used.

USA - $15, free on orders of $300+ (ships as a tracked package). We frequently offer shipping specials! Keep an eye on Facebook for these!

 
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
 
Bear Bums cannot be held responsible for a shipment being returned to us because the delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect.  Please review all shipping information prior to submitting your order to ensure your package is received.  The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping the package to the new and correct address.
